Private Executive Productivity Assistant

Hermes AI Assistant is a privately operated artificial intelligence assistant used for personal and business productivity, scheduling, and administrative support.

The assistant operates on a privately managed server and is accessed through Telegram. It is not a publicly available service and does not accept customer registrations.

Google Account Integration

With the account owner's authorization, Hermes AI Assistant can access selected Google services to perform administrative tasks.

Google Calendar: Read-only access to authorized calendars for scheduling summaries, upcoming-event reminders, and executive briefings.

Gmail: Read-only access to authorized email accounts for identifying correspondence requiring attention, summarizing messages, and supporting administrative follow-up.

The assistant is not authorized to send, delete, or modify Gmail messages or change calendar events through these integrations.

Privacy and Data Protection

Google account information is accessed only with the account owner's authorization. Access credentials are stored privately, and the assistant's Google integrations use permissions limited to their intended functions.
